BERINERT Connect is a comprehensive resource for healthcare providers and their patients who depend on BERINERT. When you prescribe BERINERT through the Prescription Referral Form, patients are automatically enrolled in BERINERT Connect and will start receiving support right away.

BERINERT Connect, formerly known as BERINERT Expert Network (B.E.N.), makes starting a new patient on BERINERT an easy process. When you fax the Prescription Referral Form to BERINERT Connect, a dedicated Care Coordinator will guide you and your patient through the entire process to:

Provide one-call enrollment and patient support
Facilitate easy access to BERINERT
Navigate insurance issues
Connect with a specialty pharmacy
Minimize out-of-pocket costs
Connect patients to the HAE community and patient advocates

Patients enrolled in B.E.N. do not need to enroll in BERINERT Connect.

BERINERT Co-Pay Program*

Your patients can save up to $12,000 in co-pay assistance. While living with HAE carries a heavy burden, there is help. The BERINERT Co-Pay Program is a financial assistance program designed to help patients pay for eligible out-of-pocket expenses—up to $12,000 a year.

Defend against loss of insurance with CSL Behring Assurance^SM

A gap in insurance shouldn’t mean a gap in treatment. The CSL Behring Assurance program is designed to help people who rely on BERINERT continue to receive treatment even if they experience a lapse in third-party private health insurance.

Patient-to-patient support with BERINERT Advocates

BERINERT Advocates are BERINERT patients who have personal experience with HAE. They offer encouragement, assistance, and advice by:

Helping your patients better understand and manage their BERINERT therapy
Sharing their own experiences with BERINERT and life with HAE
Answering nonmedical questions^†

*The BERINERT Co-Pay Program is available to new or existing BERINERT patients. You must be a US resident and insured in the US. Patients must also have insurance coverage for BERINERT under a private health insurance plan. Patients covered by state or federally funded programs, such as Medicare, Medicaid, and Veterans Health Insurance are NOT eligible.

The program cannot be used with any other rebate/coupon, free trial, or similar offer. Co-pay assistance under the program is nontransferable. The program only applies in the United States and does not apply where prohibited by law, taxed, or restricted. CSL Behring reserves the right to rescind, revoke, or amend the program at any time without notice. Additional program restrictions may apply.

Prescribing BERINERT and enrolling in BERINERT Connect are both part of the same easy process.

Download and print the Prescription Referral Form, make sure you and your patient fill out all relevant fields, and fax the completed form to 1-866-415-2162. BERINERT Connect will take care of the rest, including support for your patients for as long as they take BERINERT.
